Barriers to a Healthy Lifestyle
If we focus and think clearly, we have plenty of time. Every minute, every second is important and never gonna come back. We are habitual of delaying our tasks, ignoring a healthy routine. The Question arises that why exactly this happens to every other Human being? Certainly there are many things that have contributed in the destruction of a good life style.
What Exactly is a good lifestyle?
When your body is stress free, when your health is in good shape, your awareness is up to date; that is what we describe as Good Lifestyle.
Good lifestyle doesn't necessarily means to be rich and having everything as you wish. Good lifestyle refers to a healthy lifestyle in which you feel happy and relaxed even during tough situations.
Hindrances in the way of Healthy Lifestyle:-
1. Social Media Applications
Nowadays everyone is aware of social media and is regularly connected with it. People love watching things happening around the Globe. And who doesn't love memes? We spend so much of our time in scrolling through Instagram and Facebook that we lose the track of time. Poof! So many precious minutes or even Hours wasted.
It is beneficial at so many levels that Social Media network has made World a Smaller place because it has brought people together. But misuse of such innovation will only affect our lives.
We should sincerely keep a check on how much time we spend daily on Social media and try to keep it low.
2. Games
Kids and Adults both love playing games on their computer or Mobile phones. It's a nice way of recreation. There are different genres of games like Adventure, puzzle, action, make-up etc. Almost 80% people who love playing games prefer to play Action games. One of the most important and crucial trait of action games is that it promotes Reckless violence. No individual understands this easily. But after becoming addictive to such games, human brain wires in such a way that any death or casualty happening in real life doesn't saddens him anymore.
Kids have more knowledge about video games as compared to their School Syllabus. They know which weapon should be used to kill a monster but they can't memorize mathematics table.
Games do effect human beings from an early stage. Playing games isn't a bad thing but spending your whole time in gaming is deteriorating for both mental and physical health.
3. Day Dreaming
Dreaming is a common phenomena that happens to everybody. Mostly people dream after going to sleep. But their are many people who like to dream even when they are awake. that's called day dreaming.
The point of day dreaming is only valid until the person makes actual efforts to makes his/her dream come true. Otherwise daydreaming is a waste of time.
All the points that I've mentioned above contribute in making a person's life unhealthy and inefficient. A person who is really attentive to his/her wellness and health would consider working on himself/herself and would try to improve his/her lifestyle so as to make it a Good one.
